3 days – 3 alpine pastures

There is an astonishing variety of alpine pastures around Innsbruck – each with its own character, history and landscape. Some are tucked away in quiet side valleys, others high above the city or set amidst a stunning mountain backdrop. Over three days, you can perfectly combine city life with Tyrol’s mountain world and, whilst you’re at it, learn a thing or two about the local flora, cultural landscape and life on the alpine pasture – including the culinary specialities that go with it. We tailor which three alpine pastures we visit to suit each group individually. Whether it’s a leisurely, enjoyable walk with little elevation gain, a longer ascent to a quiet alpine pasture, or something in between – there’s such a wide choice that there’s something to suit every group. Children and families will also find plenty to enjoy here. And, of course, once we reach our destination, there’ll be plenty of time for a leisurely stop for refreshments.
